Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty license
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts & tables); Word, and other MS Office products
• Able to learn new technology platforms quickly
• Proficient in agency management systems and carrier sites
• Strong customer relationships and teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket
• Make coverage recommendations
• Transact agency billing (where applicable)
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy
• Contract Reviews
• Responsible for rounding out accounts and Selling all of World
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
• Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
