Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a skilled client-service professional to lead renewal messaging, evaluate exposures, and make coverage recommendations for personal and commercial lines. You will manage billing, bindings, and contract reviews, while maintaining accurate account details in EPIC and supporting team collaboration.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, requiring a state license and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty with an understanding of insurance coverages.
Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts and tables); Word and other MS Office products.
Able to understand new technology platforms quickly.
Proficient in agency management systems and carrier sites.
Hands-on customer service approach; maintains relationships with clients and colleagues.
Able to work in a team environment and gain trust from peers.

Responsibilities

Independently leads client service and renewal messaging for most clients within the book of business.
Evaluate exposures and renewal quotes; determine accounts warrant remarket.
Make coverage recommendations and transact agency billing where applicable.
Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers; review bindings for accuracy.
Contract reviews and ensure rounding out accounts; sell all of World.
Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC; process renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance.
