Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist in New Jersey to independently manage client service, renewals, and coverage recommendations for Personal Property & Casualty lines. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication with carriers, and proactive account management.

You will leverage EPIC and carrier systems, collaborate with team members, and contribute to “Selling all of World” by rounding out accounts and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts and tables) and MS Office.
• Able to quickly learn new technology platforms.
• Proficient with agency management systems and carrier sites.
• Strong client relations skills and detailed, organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews upcoming renewals and determines accounts to remarket.
• Makes coverage recommendations and handles billing tasks where applicable.
• Obtains signed bindings and notifies carriers; reviews documents for accuracy.
• Participates in contract reviews and ensures comprehensive account coverage.
• Maintains accurate account details, policy information, and communications in EPIC.
