Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a qualified client service professional in New Jersey to independently manage renewal messaging and service delivery for a diverse book of business. You will leverage market knowledge to advise on exposures and facilitate renewals with carriers.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining detailed client records in EPIC.

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, charts and tables); Word and other MS Office products.
• Able to understand new technology platforms quickly.
• Proficient in agency management systems and carrier sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Contract reviews.
• Responsible for rounding out accounts and selling all of World.
