Job summary

World Insurance Associates in New Jersey seeks a licensed insurance professional to independently manage client service, renewals, and coverage recommendations. You will evaluate exposures, prepare renewal quotes, and coordinate with carriers to secure the best terms for clients.

Using EPIC and other agency systems, you will process renewals, endorsements, and invoicing while maintaining accurate policy details.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Office; capable of rapid technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes; provides coverage recommendations.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Transact agency billing and obtain signed bindings; notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy and ensure proper contract execution.
• Maintain accurate account details in EPIC and other systems; attach and organize documents.
