Responsibilities

Evaluates renewals, reviews upcoming renewals and determines which accounts warrant remarket.
Makes coverage recommendations and transacts agency billing where applicable.
Obtains signed bindings and notifies carriers; reviews binding documents for accuracy.
Sets up and maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
Initiates endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices; produces standard communications to clients and carriers.
Maintains relationships with clients and colleagues; works in a team environment and collaborates across departments.
