Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an experienced client service professional for our Florida office. You will independently manage client renewals, evaluate exposures, and make coverage recommendations to optimize risk management outcomes.

Responsibilities include using rate tools, processing billing, and coordinating with carriers. A Property & Casualty license and strong Excel/MS Office skills are required for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; able to navigate agency systems and carrier sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed bindings and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Contract reviews and ensure all closes.
• Rounding out accounts and selling all of World.
