Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an organized insurance support professional to independently assist lead advisors. You will follow established workflows to manage policy data, renewals, and client communications, using EPIC and MS Office tools.

The role requires 2+ years in Personal Property and Casualty and a valid P&C license. Office-based position with team collaboration across offices; strong written and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC; initiate endorsements and invoices.
• Generate standard communications to clients and carriers using templates.
