Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a detail-oriented insurance support specialist to maintain policy records, process renewals, endorsements, and invoices. You will use EPIC to manage accounts, generate client communications, and coordinate with a senior team member to ensure accuracy and timely service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Personal Property & Casualty, a Property & Casualty license, and strong MS Office and communication skills to support brokers and clients across our Florida

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 2+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Produce standard client communications using templates and system letters.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• May pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
• Generate and send renewal proofs on request.
• Check endorsements against requests.
• Document maintenance and retrieval.
