You will manage renewals, endorsements, and proofs of insurance, while providing accurate information to clients and insurers. Qualifications

• A Property and Casualty license is preferred; company may assist with licensing.
• High school diploma or two years of college/insurance experience preferred.
• Experience using MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Strong confidentiality, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to analyze coverages.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to retain and acquire accounts.
• Process new and renewal business, endorsements, proofs of insurance and reviews.
• Correspond with clients and insurance companies to verify information.
• Answer questions about coverages and underwriting needs.
• Assist with claims processing and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on new coverages and products; ensure QC standards.
• Look for cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
