Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines and insurance servicing.
• Ability to quote and bind coverages with endorsements.
• Familiarity with SOPs and client communication standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and cross-sell within existing book.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between clients and AE/Producer.
• Prepare proposals, summaries of insurance, and bind policies.
• Maintain accurate EPIC files and handle renewals and endorsements.
