Job summary

King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and seeking a Senior Account Manager for Personal Lines to manage complex P&C accounts, coordinate with Client Advisors and carriers, and deliver superior client service.

The role emphasizes accurate policy execution, timely renewals, and proactive risk management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A P&C license and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–8 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, managing complex accounts.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Mentoring or supporting junior team members is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex Personal Lines P&C book, including large multi‑state or specialty accounts.
• Lead all new business, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation workflows.
• Oversee renewal strategies with marketing approaches and coverage design.
• Provide guidance on coverage interpretation, underwriting, and carrier requirements.
• Conduct risk and exposure analysis, loss‑run evaluation, and trends.
• Prepare applications and underwriting submissions for accuracy.
• Market accounts to carriers, negotiate terms, and secure competitive quotes.
• Bind coverage and ensure subjectivities are satisfied.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates.
• Mentor Account Managers and Assistants as needed.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and process improvements.
