Qualifications

• Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients throughout the process.
• Provide timely, accurate communication to clients via emails, calls and meetings.
• Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and resolve service issues.
• Cross-sell and refer new business to appropriate departments.
• Assist in designing insurance plans and coverage changes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to customers and manage within book of business.
• Serve as liaison between insurance company and designated accounts.
• Handle policy endorsements, renewals, proposals and binding processes.
• Oversee renewal management and ensure SOGs are followed for transactions.
• Cross-sell and introduce new business opportunities to clients.
