Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a high-volume book of business, provide exceptional service to clients, and contribute to agency growth.

The role requires a P&C license, 3–5 years in personal lines, experience with E&S coastal markets, and proficiency with agency management software and CRM. Remote-friendly with opportunities for in-office events.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 3–5 years of personal lines account management experience with E&S coastal markets.
• Proficiency in agency management software and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume book of personal lines accounts, including quotes, renewals, and servicing.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through full account management.
• Work with real estate investors, property accounts, and small commercial accounts.
• Use Nowcerts Momentum and Agency Zoom to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training sessions and events.
