Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a diverse portfolio including construction, habitational, and LROs, delivering exceptional client service and coordinating with multiple carriers to quote, bind, and service policies.

This role uses AMS 360 and Excel, requires a Property & Casualty license and at least 1 year of experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role with multiple carriers.
• Technical: Proficiency in AMS 360 software and strong Excel skills.
• Soft skills: Detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure needs are met professionally.
• Manage accounts from small businesses to larger clients in construction, habitational, and LRO sectors.
• Collaborate with multiple carriers to quote, bind, and manage policies.
• Provide proactive support for larger clients with behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.
• Utilize AMS 360 to manage client information and streamline processes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
