Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Senior Account Manager- High Net Worth to join our growing team in Naperville. The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic, experienced client service leader and is the primary point of contact for complex accounts.

This role oversees service delivery, mentors team members, and partners with Producers and Account Executives to drive retention and growth. Responsibilities include renewals, strategic placement, and collaborating to ensure client

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license for the state of practice.
• Experience leading client service teams for complex high-net-worth accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned complex clients.
• Lead client service delivery across the service team.
• Mentor Account Managers and Associates; escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with Producers and Account Executives on strategy and renewals.
• Oversee renewal and placement processes with carriers and underwriters.
• Identify risks, coverage gaps, and opportunities to strengthen programs.
• Ensure accurate documentation to minimize E&O exposure.
