Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Senior Account Manager- High Net Worth to join our growing team. This role serves as a strategic client service leader and primary contact for complex accounts, overseeing service delivery and mentoring team members.

You will partner with Producers and Account Executives to drive retention and growth. The position requires deep insurance expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to lead through influence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty license for the state of operation.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, carrier markets, and client service practices.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence team members without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 7–10 years in insurance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, focusing on complex accounts.
• Lead overall client service delivery across the service team.
• Mentor and coach Account Managers and Account Associates; escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with Producers and Account Executives on client strategy, renewals, and service commitments.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes, including timelines and deliverables.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with Producers and service teams.
• Review and negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers for complex placements.
• Ensure service standards are met and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor, identify risks and coverage gaps for clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client files to minimize E&O exposure.
