Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive to provide professional stewardship for clients, conducting thorough assessments and recommending appropriate insurance coverage.

The role emphasizes maintaining strong client relationships, keeping clients updated on market changes, and delivering outstanding service. On-site presence supports collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years personal lines insurance experience; preferably working with HNW clientele.
• P&C license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, highly organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships to become their trusted advisor and primary contact for personal insurance.
• Review client exposures, loss experience and current coverage; recommend products/services.
• Provide proactive day-to-day client service and anticipate client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and resources for service delivery.
• Manage renewal processes to maximize retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver professional and timely communication; maintain accurate client data in EPIC.
