Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in the state of operation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and management platforms.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to pursuing or maintaining professional insurance designations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned complex accounts.
• Lead service delivery across the team with quality control.
• Mentor Account Managers and Account Associates.
• Partner with Producers and Account Executives on strategy and renewals.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes with timelines.
• Develop renewal and placement strategies with teams.
• Review and negotiate coverage, pricing, terms with carriers.
• Ensure service standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and identify risks/gaps.
• Ensure client files are documented to minimize E&O exposure.
• Responsible for retention and renewals and referrals.
