Job summary

Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a growing independent agency in Fort Worth, TX. You will quote and write new business, manage renewals, and assist with remarkets while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires a Texas P&C license and 2+ years of Personal Lines experience; you will work with Epic and a broad panel of carriers, handling inquiries by phone and in person and documenting every action in the agency management system.

Qualifications

• Texas Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Experience with agency management systems (Epic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Quote and write new business, renewals, and remarkets.
• Assist with claims and endorsements.
• Answer calls and document activities in agency management system.
• Coordinate with 30+ insurance carriers.
