Job summary

Thomas J. Henry Law in Texas seeks an Attorney Manager II to lead a team of 4–6 trial lawyers and staff across multiple San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Austin, Dallas, and Houston locations. Base salary is $200,000 with a performance-based bonus up to $100K.

The ideal candidate has extensive personal injury trial experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in delivering client-centered results for a premier plaintiff firm. Active Texas Bar membership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred
• Experience with Texas personal injury law
• J.D. and active Bar license (TX) required

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 4–6 attorneys and their support staff.
• Oversee case development from intake through trial or resolution.
• Oversee negotiations, drafting and sending demand letters, and settlements.
• Coordinate depositions, motions, and discovery; supervise high-quality legal work.
