Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• First-chair litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage cases from pre-suit through settlement and trial.
• Strong deposition, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• Collaborative approach with support staff and teammates.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and related cases.
• Maximize client recoveries and drive favorable outcomes.
• Focus on litigation strategy, client relationships, and case value.
• Coordinate with paralegals and case managers to support matters.
• Contribute to growing the Houston office's trial practice.
