Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney in Houston, TX to join its growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate will handle motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, work in a collaborative, high-volume environment, and develop litigation skills alongside senior attorneys.

The role requires a J.D., active Texas State Bar admission, and demonstrated experience in personal injury law.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Experience practicing personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of personal injury and litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, settlement documents, and other legal correspondence.
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high‑value cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates regarding case progress.
