Qualifications

• JD degree and Texas State Bar membership required.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation or probate experience; mass tort a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills; client-facing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation, from intake to resolution.
• Draft and review pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery responses.
• Direct and monitor the probate process in coordination with docket managers.
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and case-related documentation.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, explain processes, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with co-counsel, opposing counsel, and other law firms involved in litigation.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements by following and refining documented procedures.
• Provide assistance with overflow tasks and special projects as required.
