Job summary

TEEMA Group in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. The role offers a base salary of $125,000 or more, negotiable with experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities.

You will manage a diverse PI caseload and lead supporting staff while delivering strong client service. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PI litigation or insurance defense, active AZ Bar, and excellent advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of attorney experience, preferably in personal injury litigation or insurance defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership and a client-focused approach.
• Additional licenses in NM, CA, and/or CO are a strong plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury litigation matters.
• Develop case strategies and guide clients through the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and represent clients.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients.
• Lead and collaborate with legal support staff to move cases forward efficiently.
