TEEMA Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney — Personal Injury for a remote role. The attorney will handle high-volume plaintiff matters, require an active Arizona license (California admission preferred), and collaborate with a support team to move cases toward resolution.

Base salary starts at $125,000 with monthly bonus opportunities and compensation based on experience. Strong negotiation and client-relations skills are essential to succeed in this high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• At least one year of attorney experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and case-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Client-focused approach and ability to work with a legal support team.
• Additional state bar admissions preferred; California admission is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters through the pre-litigation process.
• Evaluate liability, insurance coverage, injuries, and damages.
• Develop case strategies and maximize recovery opportunities.
• Review medical records, supporting documentation, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Keep clients informed and provide clear guidance throughout cases.
• Direct and collaborate with case managers and legal support staff.
• Identify matters requiring litigation and transition to the litigation team.
