Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP in Manhattan is seeking a hands-on Personal Injury Intake Manager to oversee a high-volume intake operation, ensure prompt client contact, and coach a team of intake specialists. You will optimize workflows, monitor lead sources, and coordinate with attorneys, marketing, and Pre-Litigation to move inquiries toward signed clients and opened cases.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in personal injury intake, legal intake, or related plaintiff-side legal environment.
• Experience managing or coordinating a legal intake team or department.
• Strong understanding of intake processes including lead qualification and client screening.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations and workflow of the Personal Injury Intake Department, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.
• Monitor calls, website inquiries, referrals, and lead sources for timely follow-up.
• Manage distribution and assignment of incoming leads based on workload and priorities.
• Supervise, coach, and support intake team members on procedures, client communication, and lead qualification.
• Monitor intake performance: call volume, response times, follow-up activity, conversion rates, and signed retainers.
• Ensure proper screening and collection of case information to determine potential eligibility.
• Oversee follow-up with prospective clients not yet retained, tracking and pursuing leads.
• Document all intake activity, client communications, lead statuses, and case information in SmartAdvocate (SA).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and intake protocols; identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Coordinate with attorneys and Pre-Litigation to transfer signed cases and related intake documents.
• Collaborate with Marketing to assess lead quality, referrals, and advertising performance.
• Prepare intake reports, productivity metrics, and performance tracking for leadership.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and priorities.
