Job summary

The role supports on-site Manhattan work or full remote work nationwide. Candidates should have 3+ years in legal intake, strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, and be proficient with case management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal intake or mass tort.
• Experience supervising a legal intake team or department.
• Strong knowledge of intake workflows and case management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily intake workflow and ensure cases are distributed based on workload.
• Monitor the department intake email inbox and assign referrals promptly.
• Lead weekly intake meetings and ensure action items are completed.
• Coordinate preparation for weekly intake meetings with the Intake Paralegal.
• Maintain intake-related tracking and department reporting.
• Ensure all case activity is documented in SmartAdvocate (SA).
