Bridger Law Group in Peachtree Corners, GA seeks an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager & Litigation Paralegal who can independently manage pre-litigation cases while providing litigation support to attorneys. This role requires hands-on experience in both areas and strong organizational skills.

You will manage cases from intake through settlement, draft pleadings and filings, coordinate with medical providers and insurers, and track deadlines while keeping clients informed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience in both pre-litigation and litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, filings, service of process, and discovery.
• Strong organization, communication, and client service skills; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement with proactive follow-up.
• Maintain organized case files in the firm's case management system.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests for attorney review.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and other parties.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate service of process.
