Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active New Jersey law license in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal experience, with personal injury focus preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a personal injury caseload.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters from start to resolution.
• Develop and execute case strategies based on facts and objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents with precision.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients in court and mediations.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers for favorable outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing client communications on status and strategy.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Analyze liability, damages, and medical records to value cases.
• Stay current on personal injury law and court procedures.
