Brandon J Broderick LLC in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead our expansion. Solo practitioners or small firm owners with an existing caseload can join a growing multi-state firm while maintaining autonomy and leveraging firm resources.

We offer seamless integration of your caseload, back-office support, and flexible arrangements that protect client relationships and independence as you build and lead the PI practice from the ground up.

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan Bar.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
• An existing caseload or client base.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be part of a growth initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Client Advocacy: Provide top-tier legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
• Caseload Management: Manage existing and new PI cases from intake to resolution with a strong focus on client service and results.
• Legal Strategy: Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop winning strategies tailored to your state's personal injury law.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our multi-disciplinary team of attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
• Practice Growth: Participate in our market development—leverage your network while utilizing our business development resources.
• Community Involvement: Build visibility through outreach, local engagement, and participation in legal and community events.
