Job summary

Jobot seeks a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding Seattle/Kent team. You will independently manage complex PI litigation, lead cases from discovery through trial, and mentor a growing group of attorneys.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, is licensed in Washington, and brings substantial plaintiff-side PI trial experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and a talent for client relations and leadership within a fast-changing

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington State preferred.
• Significant experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
• Ability to independently manage complex PI litigation.
• Experience handling cases from discovery through trial.
• Strong deposition, courtroom, and trial experience.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client-management and communication abilities.
• Experience mentoring or supervising attorneys preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor a growing PI team.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI litigation and manage cases from discovery through trial.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys as the PI team expands.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and provide strategic advocacy.
• Participate in deposition, courtroom, and trial proceedings with excellence.
