Location

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Seattle. Candidates must be able to work in the office daily. Relocation assistance is not available, so any relocation must be completed before starting.

Job Description

• Handle personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation resolution
• Advocate for injured clients and help drive strong case outcomes
• Evaluate claims, develop strategy, and move files forward with urgency
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear guidance throughout the life of the case
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy, operations, and process improvement
• Help lead and support staff in a growing office environment
• Contribute to building a strong local presence and long-term success in the Seattle market
• Maintain organized files, documentation, and follow-up in a fast-paced plaintiff practice

Qualifications
