You will actively cross-sell, stay current on products, and use technology to enhance customer experiences while maintaining compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales in a bank or financial setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary Public designation required or obtainable during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with new account services and cross-sell bank products.
• Open/close the branch and supervise teller/transactions per procedures.
• Educate clients on technology and provide demonstrations for safe usage.
