Responsibilities

• Assist clients by telephone or in person with new account services and cross-sell bank products.
• Fill out contract forms, determine charges, collect deposits, and process address changes.
• Educate clients on bank technology and service usage.
• Handle branch supervision tasks including teller balancing and ATM settlement.
• Prepare domestic and foreign wire transfers for clients.
• Respond to audits and help complete branch monthly audit reports.
