Job summary

Foothills Bank is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to develop and retain customer relationships, open new business and consumer accounts, and provide exceptional service. You will respond to inquiries, profile customer needs, and present sound financial solutions while maintaining high professional standards.

Responsibilities include assisting the Branch Manager with hiring, training, and coaching, overseeing branch operations in their absence, and proactively growing branch profitability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years banking experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Branch Manager with hiring decisions, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and coaching/mentoring Personal Bankers and New Account Representatives.
• Assist Branch Manager in overseeing branch in the absence of both Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Originate Consumer Loans for branch and as assigned by Consumer Loan Department Manager.
• Open, maintain or originate consumer and business deposit, savings, health, time deposit accounts, IRAs, wires, safe deposit boxes, and e-banking products.
