Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand the business model and engage SMEs to explore opportunities; cross-sell and identify client needs.
• Process wires and transfers, open/close accounts, maintain records, imaging of documents, and research client issues.
• Proactively communicate with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain information to execute activities.
• Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing; adhere to WM Lobby Banking Operations policies.
• Assist with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
• Demonstrates expertise in setting up all types of client accounts and services; review documentation to avoid deficiencies.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and address requirements in a timely fashion with compliance guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of business applications and online tools to support servicing.
• Keep informed of new products and services to respond to client questions and sell services.
• Monitor banking reports and assist with audits as directed by leadership.
• Serve as a mentor to fellow Personal Bankers and provide guidance.
• Share expertise in deposit operations and train others as designated.
