The ideal candidate has 4+ years of banking experience, strong relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals in a retail banking setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of banking experience; preferred in universal/personal banking roles.
• Proven success in relationship-based sales and achieving performance goals.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills with client needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations by assessing client needs and recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Build, deepen, and manage client relationships through proactive outreach and service excellence.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Open and service deposit accounts, issue debit cards, and originate consumer loans while providing exceptional client support.
