Amegy Bank’s Stone Oak Parkway branch in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Banker. You will engage clients, uncover financial needs, and deliver tailored banking solutions that strengthen relationships and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years banking experience.
• Proven relationship-driven sales track record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes.
• Broad understanding of deposits, loans, credit cards, investments.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration per SAFE Act.
• Teller operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management by assessing financial needs and recommending tailored banking products and solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships through outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and ongoing service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, identifying referral opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while addressing client inquiries.
• Deliver comprehensive, sales-focused banking solutions that drive branch performance with exceptional service.
• Identify and act on business opportunities to support revenue growth while effectively managing risk.
• Resolve client concerns promptly through direct resolution or escalation as needed.
• Process Teller transactions accurately within authorized limits and support day-to-day branch service responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to track performance goals and support branch operations.
