This full-time role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday hours and offers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience preferred in a universal banker, personal banker, or similar retail banking role.
• Proven experience in relationship-driven sales with the ability to identify opportunities, meet targets, and cross-sell banking products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes and guidance through loan applications.
• Broad understanding of deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration in compliance with SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management through needs assessments and tailoring banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships while generating business via outreach, calls, in-branch engagement, and service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, identifying referral opportunities and ensuring follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while addressing inquiries.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions that drive branch performance and provide exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to support revenue growth while effectively managing risk.
• Resolve client concerns promptly through direct resolution or escalation.
• Process Teller transactions accurately within authorized limits and handle day-to-day branch responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and safeguard client information.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to track performance goals and support operations.
