Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably universal/personal banker.
• Proven relationship-driven sales experience with targets and cross-selling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes and banking products.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration in SAFE Act compliance.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management with needs assessments and tailored products.
• Build and manage client relationships through outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and service support.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products, identifying referral opportunities and follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions while maintaining exceptional service.
• Identify business opportunities to support revenue growth and manage risk.
• Resolve client concerns promptly or escalate when needed.
• Handle Teller transactions within authorized limits and support branch operations.
