Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months sales/service experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Flexible schedule and positive professional demeanor.
• Strong math, problem solving and relationship skills.
• Register as mortgage loan originator with NMLS prior to mortgage activity.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals by understanding product features for customers.
• Promote bank products and address inquiries about accounts or services.
• Refer customers to branch managers or partners for commercial services.
• Provide a positive customer service experience and build relationships.
• Manage and grow a book of business with retention and expansion focus.
