Consumers Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Specialist (Personal Banker) for our Volo, IL location. You will develop relationships with members, become their financial expert, open specialized accounts, and educate them about products and services that can positively impact their lives.

This role blends Personal Banker responsibilities with Teller duties, challenging you with sales goals and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of similar work experience in retail, customer service, guest relations, sales, and cash handling.
Financial institution, Teller, Personal Banker experience preferred.
Comfortable promoting products and services, educating members, and engaging in sales-oriented conversations.
Proficient with Data Processing Platforms, Email, Internet/Intranet, Instant Messaging, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

Identify financial products/services beneficial to members and guide them toward best options.
Process requests for specialized and/or complex accounts and consumer loan applications.
Back up Branch Specialists by greeting members and directing them to the right resource.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, compliance, audits, quality control and balancing standards.
