Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending banking products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking/savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer clients to licensed partners when appropriate (Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Assist in managing risk across transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions at financial centers.
• Educate clients on self-service options and digital tools.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and achieve operational excellence.
• Follow established processes for opening accounts and maintenance.
