Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners as needed.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions by following policies and using tools.
• Educate and train clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies.
