Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer needs to partners for licensed sales functions (Merrill, Lending, Small Business).
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Ensure risk management across transactions using available tools.
• Assist clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies.
