Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer clients to licensed partners (Merrill, Lending, Small Business) when appropriate.
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in every transaction using available tools.
• Guide clients to complex financial needs with expertise from prior roles.
• Collaborate with teams to offer consumer and small business solutions and strategies.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions and digital channels.
• Adhere to processes and regulatory guidelines in daily activities.
