Responsibilities

• Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as account openings/closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers.
• Assist in retaining and growing existing client relationships by understanding client needs and offering suitable financial solutions.
• Lead branch team members through coaching, observations and accountability.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support AML/CFT compliance and risk management within the branch.
