Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process routine and complex transactions such as account openings/closings and deposits.
• Assist in retaining and growing client relationships with financial solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training to assist clients.
• Support branch daily operations including audits, cash handling, and cash shipments.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to engage clients in consultative discussions.
• Refer suitable products and services while ensuring smooth cross-functional transitions.
