Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience is required.
• Prior client service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are needed.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as account openings and closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers in accordance with bank policies.
• Assist in retaining and growing existing client relationships by understanding client needs and offering relevant financial solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and meetings; be cross-trained to assist clients across functions.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including reporting, audits, ATMs, cash handling, and cash shipments.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services to engage clients in consultative discussions.
